It consists of five exquisitely furnished bedrooms, each with its own private bath, spacious living area, gourmet kitchen,\u00a0dining room with wine refrigerator,\u00a0office, and\u00a0a long hall where breezes float through screen doors to cool four separate seating areas Enjoy cooking with the\u00a0wood burning barbeque,\u00a0dining at the poolside table which seats 24,\u00a0dipping in the Venetian tiled pool or relaxing in one of the lounging areas. The villa has been totally remodeled using the finest materials\u00a0as well as\u00a0the original construction\u00a0utilizing solid concrete.<\/p>\n

Quinta Mamey Domingo is named for\u00a0the ancient mamey tree in the center of the orchard, which is home to more than 250 mature fruit trees. In addition to mamey (\u201csouthern apricot\u201d), the orchard also produces an abundance of delicious chicozapote, caimito, mangos, oranges, mandarins,\u00a0tangerines, limes, coconuts, and guan\u00e1bana.\u00a0The property with its high walls,\u00a0has walk ways that connect you with the\u00a0four different entrances\u00a0and multiple parking.<\/p>\n
